n 1992 the chaplaincy was officially elevated to Our Lady of the Annunciation Parish by His Excellency Jaime Cardinal Sin on the Feast Day of the Annunciation
The official feast day of the parish. Upon completion, the church was dedicated on March 12, 1997. Rev. Msgr. (then, Rev. Fr.) Jun Zurbano was designated as its first parish priest.
