Constructed in 1955 as a meeting place for the Knights of Columbus Council 3290, the church evolved into a chapel, with Fr. Thomas Chao as its first chaplain.
In 1994, it became a quasi-parish, known as the Knights of Columbus Lourdes Church. A year later, it gained independent parish status and was renamed Our Lady of Lourdes Parish Church.
