Established primarily to serve the spiritual and physical needs of the Labahita and Langaray communities.
The parish evolved from a simple chapel that initially functioned as a livelihood training center for local residents.
It is dedicated to St. Ezekiel Moreno, a Spanish Recollect friar who served as a missionary in the Philippines and is the patron saint of cancer patients.
